TACT is a clientele-centered service operational strategy of DILG7 for effective and efficient program implementation and staff development.
The TACT strategy is employed to carry out the priority programs of the Department based on the two (2) key result areas (KRAs): the Institutional Development and Organizational Effectiveness.
In this strategy, the regional and field personnel are organized into clusters/action teams per program/project not only to develop their capabilities in project implementation geared towards career development but also to effectively respond to the needs of the clientele, the local government units.
A total of 9 DILG regional offices have already conducted their TACT visit in DILG7 and have attempted to replicate the TACT in their respective regions, customized according to their organizational and cultural dynamics.
TACT has been in operation in DILG7 since 2002. |
