TOBOY is an awards program designed for barangay officials (Punong Barangay, Barangay Kagawad, SK Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer). It aims to recognize the barangay officials of Region 7 who have shown exemplary performance in the discharge of their functions. The awards have two (2) levels: The Provincial Level and City Level, with five (5) categories in each level composed of the following:

Category I - Punong Barangay
Category II - Barangay Kagawad
Category III - Barangay Treasurer
Category IV - Barangay Secretary
Category V - SK Chairperson

There shall be a total of ten (10) regional winners for the search.
