DILG7 winds up every year with its traditional but fitting activity dubbed as Yearend Evaluation Conference and Awarding Ceremonies.
DILG7 conducts a yearend activity primarily to evaluate regional and field performance and accomplishments in the implementation of the Department’s programs, projects and activities vis-à-vis plans and program targets set by the Department. The sub-regional units may also have the chance to take a look at how each unit fared in their operations for the year.
The yearly event provides DILG7 regional and sub-regional offices the avenue to discuss approaches and compare notes on how to further strengthen regional and provincial operations as well as identify appropriate strategies and priority PPAs to become more relevant to the clientele and more responsive to their needs.
During the event, the performing field units and the cluster TACT teams are formally recognized and awarded, hence, ascertaining the gains and impact of the DILG7’s Team Approach on Coordinated Tasks (TACT) Strategy, a clientele-centered operational strategy for effective and efficient PPA implementation.
It is an opportunity for the organic personnel of DILG7, technical and administrative, to meet and showcase their respective homegrown talents by competing in the annual contest for Best Production Numbers and in other contests conducted for the year. DILG7 field officers and staff look forward to this activity every December, an attestation of established camaraderie among the DILG7 personnel as they celebrate Christmas far beyond being an office with distinguished character but as one big family. |
